spielraum is Dresden's annual games and toys fair held in November, organized by Messe Dresden GmbH. Four exhibition halls are filled with gaming fun, featuring board games, creative design activities, multimedia games, and outdoor activities. The "Games for Families" section presents family-friendly computer, console, and board games across 2,000 sqm. Visitors can try over 500 current and classic board games with "living game instructions" to help with game selection. Features a play area with 300,000 Lego bricks and a large Playmobil play area. Also functions as a pre-Christmas marketplace.
