IT rollout logistics

Nationwide rollout logistics for many locations

Rollout logistics is not a single long-distance shipment. It is the coordinated execution of many local and regional transports around one project schedule.

Devices, scanners, terminals, displays and replacement hardware.

IT & hardware rollouts

POS materials, branch equipment, modules and campaign hardware.

POS & branch rollouts

Displays, media players, mounts and related project material.

When many locations must be supplied in a short time

The project defines locations, dates, cargo and time windows. iTranspo coordinates the transport work around those requirements.

Scope

Pickup from a central or regional warehouse.

Parallel regional routes to project locations.

Delivery windows and proof of delivery per location.

Returns, exchange devices and project material pickups.

Transport as a defined rollout work package

For multi-site projects, transport must follow the rollout plan. Status, exceptions and returns are therefore coordinated at project level.

Project coordination

Clear responsibilities instead of many separate transports

We review the transport requirement and define the next steps with you.

Frequently asked questions about rollout logistics

Short answers to the questions that usually decide how a rollout transport project is planned.

Can several locations be served on the same day?

Yes. Parallel execution is planned project by project according to locations, cargo, time windows and available regional capacity.

Can the goods come from one central warehouse?

Yes. Central pickup is possible. For large or very compressed rollouts, regional pre-positioning may reduce distance and cost; the suitable model depends on the project.

Are returns and old devices possible?

Yes. Return flows, exchange units and project-material pickups can be included when they are defined in the rollout scope.

Does iTranspo also perform installation?

The core service is transport coordination. Installation or technical work is not automatically included and must be defined separately if required.
