iTranspo treats online payment as an optional feature. Activation happens after review and through Stripe Connect so the website operator can use their own payment process.

Keep responsibilities clear

The website operator remains the contracting party for customers. They are responsible for service delivery, cancellation rules, refunds, taxes and legal texts. iTranspo provides the technical foundation but does not replace legal or tax advice.
