Organized fan bus travel is a fantastic way to support your team at away games. To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable journey, please familiarize yourself with these guidelines.
General Principles
Fan bus trips are organized by experienced operators and volunteer bus leaders. The bus leader has authority during the entire journey and makes final decisions. All passengers should feel comfortable - mutual respect is the highest priority.
Booking and Payment
- Bookings are binding - once allocated a seat, you commit to payment
- For cancellations, our standard cancellation policy applies (see Terms and Conditions)
- Traveling without valid booking requires paying double the fare on site
- Free seating applies unless otherwise announced
Prohibited Behavior
The following will result in immediate exclusion from the journey:
- Violence, physical altercations, or threats of any kind
- Racist, xenophobic, antisemitic, or discriminatory statements
- Harassment based on gender or sexual orientation
- Vandalism or deliberate damage to the vehicle
Alcohol, Drugs, and Smoking
- Alcohol consumption must be moderate
- Drug use is strictly prohibited
- Smoking is completely banned, including e-cigarettes and vapes
- If the driver prohibits alcohol or food, this must be followed
Schedule and Timing
- Breaks approximately every 90 minutes
- The bus waits a maximum of 10 minutes - inform the bus leader if delayed
- Arrival typically 2 hours before the event
- Departure usually 45 minutes after the event ends
